Bio: I serve on the editorial staff of Mysterical-e, an

professional grant writer and have written over $45 million of awarded grants.
In 2000, I was the lead writer for a HUD Hope VI Grant that was awarded
$35 million to revitalize the Salishan Public Housing Development in Tacoma,
WA. My most recent grant writing project was the Hilltop Safe Neighborhood
Program (for $250,000), written on behalf of the Tacoma Police Department,
the Tacoma Housing Authority and ten co-applicants. I also have been an
associate editor with the Public Information Office of the University of
Puget Sound and have been the editor or associate editor of three company
