The Wordcraft Circle Native Writers Pacific Northwest Conference

Raven Chronicles is a co-sponsor of the 2008 Wordcraft Circle Conference. Come join us in the heart of Northwest Tribal Culture! This writer’s conference brings together a diverse selection of panels and concurrent workshop sessions, with a special emphasis on Story and Storytelling. Our location is the exquisite, rugged Pacific coastline of the Quileute Indian Nation, on Highway 101 just four hours from Seattle or Portland. The rustic resort has a wide range of accommodations. “Some of the best rooms anywhere on this stretch of coast,” says Frommer’s Review. Some cabins have whirlpool tubs, walls of glass, lots of cedar accents, and carved wood furniture with Northwest Coast Native American designs. Other units are delightfully rustic. All have full kitchens for meal preparation in your room. The Quileute resort features a very nice restaurant dockside, excellent seafood dinners, and souvenir wine glasses.
