Excerpt from Song of Myself Scene 5

I am necessary.
There is value in knowing
simply that

As I redefine how I please myself
Through balancing some chemistry of
Morals,
ethics, truths
and feelings
Embracing the essences,
vapors,
remnants
Shadows
and
lights of those before
and
Around me.

Every moment in time is as perfect as it could possibly be
Whether you are ready for that
or not
There will be more moments
To observe,
accept,
embrace,
forget.

And once moments have passed
Only then
can they be molded
into
What they never were.
