Played for St. Pete winter league teams, but didn't actually start regularly until some bush league seasons in San Francisco with Harold Norse coaching. Traded to Manhattan, Frank Lima, St Marks, and lots of action with the Barrow Street Gang. Big Leagues briefly at The Village Gate, Bells of Hell, and other small Village stadiums. 5 or 6 great seasons with the expansion team Red Sky Poetry Theater. Then tried for some bigger bucks in Kyoto, as a regular performer at the Black Cat and any place that would listen to him and long time battery mate Michael Monhart (sax among others). For the past 15 years has worked with musicians while on the field, and over the last 6 years has developed a great repetoire of multi-voice poems and Ultra Poetry.
